Borobudur/ Prambanan

After exploring Yogyakarta City mostly on foot, we had an equally packed itinerary the next day going out to see the ancient temples of Borobudur, Prambanan and drive up the active Mt Merapi.  Thankfully, we had booked a private car to bring us around for the day so it was relatively more relaxing.

Day 6: Day Trip to Prambanan, Mt Merapi, Borobudur, Ramayana Ballet

Rp 500,000 (excluding entrance fees) to bring the 4 of us from our hotel to Prambanan (Rp160,000/pax), Mount Merapi (Rp500,000/4WD ’round the volcano plains), Borobudur (Rp190,000/pax) and the Ramayana Ballet at Purawista (Rp250,000 /pax w/ buffet dinner).
